Most mornings, before it gets too hot, we work on the big summer 2010 project. The backyard is finally leveled. Next week we'll start on the sprinkler system. Did I mention I have 2 inches of dust on every surface in the house?
I'm experiencing sprinkler envy! Actually, this year, we've been getting ample rain. I've hardly had to water. My Dad just had a sprinkler system put in his yard. He is absolutely thrilled. In the past, he had to run four sprinklers at once to keep the pump running continuously. If it cycled off and on too much, it would ruin the motor. (He lives out in the country and has his own well).
Lets face it, when DON'T I have 2inches of dust!? You can't win with dust, I say live your life and mop it up when you have a free moment. Life is too short to stress about it and then we end up dust ourselves. Sorry. morbid. When the big project is finished I'm sure you will be glad you soldiered on with it instead of dusting:>)
Wow, looking good. I've been soaking myself regularly trying to fix my sprinkler system but I think I finally have it. Now that it's hot, I'm working inside. Yesterday I totally gutted my bathroom and now I'm just enjoying looking at it all empty. Give me a call when you have a minute to play. Miss hangin with you.
I know it's a big job, but you'll be glad when it's done. We depend on a sprinkler system here to keep things green. We do have the two inches of dust often too. I guess you can't live in the desert and expect anything different :-) Blessings, Marcia

Seems to me that project 2010 is moving along very nicely. How wonderful it will be to have a sprinkler system --I'm so jealous!
