You do know I'm very fond of polka dots. I love them on just about anything.
So I thought why not make some polka dot cookies Mimi Sue? OK, why not?
First you make your favorite sugar cookie recipe.
Then you outline your cookie with the icing, add a few squiggles inside the outline, then fill it in with a knife.
Then you take some plain white icing and make the polka dots.
Then you take some of these adorable cookies to your neighbors and friends. I'm sure they'll love you if you do.
This post is dedicated to Lisa, the polka dot queen.
How sweet are those. I love polka dots too. Even when they weren't in.

ReplyDeleteI love polka dots. Those are so cute. It's time for me to move to your street. Please inform your neighbors that one of them has to move--preferably from a large house for my hoodlums. ;)
ReplyDeleteAlso liking those felt hearts you made and hung from a ribbon--I'd make the same thing, but my projects don't quite turn out how they should. ha.
