A Bunch of Carrots


I decided to jump on the Easter carrot bandwagon and make a few for my front door.  I think they turned out pretty cute.  Fabric and "stems" from Hobby Lobby.  

 I found the tutorial on my friend Nicole's blog here.
 I made a couple of extra to share.
 This was Mimi's Cottage front yard today.  Sunny and bright!  Hallelujah!
 And this is what it looked like yesterday.

    Orange polka dot Easter carrots! BEAUTIFUL! Hey, by the way, I found some turquoise and red polka dot oilcloth at Ben Franklin. I KNOW! It screamed Princess Lisa and I did partake.

    Ahhh...so happy to see a bit of spring for you at last!

    Love your carrots--adorable! Sure wish we had a Hobby Lobby around here...you're so lucky! One just popped up by my mom in Pleasant Grove, and she's thrilled!

    Your carrots look so cute, and so spring-like too :-) Our weather has been changing daily too, although we haven't had much snow this year. It was a beautiful warm day today, but it was freezing a few days ago. I even lost a few plants in my garden. That will teach me to plant too early :-)

    I LOVE your carrots. I love all the cute fabric that you picked to use, I think I need to make a trip to the fabric store. Wasn't the weather nice on Monday, I wish it would stick around!

    and I love your yellow house, yellow is my favorite color.
    you may still have a little snow, but at least I see a tulip, daffodil here and there.
    I haven't seen a single solitary bud of any kind!!!!!!!
    or a blade of grass
