Have you ever been to
Magpie Ethel's blog? She is very creative, has an adorable studio, and owns the most incredible collections you'll ever see. A few weeks ago she posted about a great way to support flowers in her garden. She finds colorful wooden mop and broom handles at yard sales and thrift stores, sticks them in the dirt and voila, flowery support.

This one isn't wood but I needed the red.

So now I'm on the hunt for handles. Yet another great idea from blogland too cute not to copy. Go say hi to
Ethel, you won't be sorry.
That is a cute idea..and sturdy too! :D
ReplyDeleteDarling idea! I love the red, too. Now if you could just paint it with polka dots, I'd be even more happy. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute and useful re-use idea!
