Vintage Trailer Fun

The Mister and I have been working on our Summer 2011 Project for
the past few weeks.  We're installing sprinklers and digging ditches.
Not that much fun really.  In fact no fun at all.  But it'll be
so nice when it's all done.  When it becomes too hot to work outside
we come inside.  I've been working on this wool felt pillow for our
trailer during the hot afternoon hours.

I saw this adorable kitchen towel at The Beehive Cottage.

And I "borrowed" the idea for my felt project.

Maryjane has an adorable vintage trailer named "Buttonwillow" that you just have to see.

  1. Mimi, your trailer pillow is adorable! I love it. I like the kitchen towel too, so cute.

Hope your making some progress with the sprinklers!

  2. How cute. I used to fix up old trailers but I got tired of them always needing fixing. I want a brand new toy-hauler motorhome with the money to be able to drive it further than the end of the driveway.

    Your trailer is just adorable.
I really love working with wool-it is so easy to sew with-no slipping around.
Of course the t-towel is cute too.
    Take care!
