We stayed in our friends timeshare. Our condo was on the top floor overlooking the beach.
The boys took the boat out every morning and went fishing.
They even caught a couple of Macinaw trout.
The girls made some flip flops with water balloons and shoes from the dollar store.
We played lots of games.
We went shopping, out to dinner, cooked a little, and talked from morning to night.
Thanks guys! We had a great time.

I LOVE the dollar store shoes. I'm going to have my daughter make those for her birthday party! Darling! And I could almost feel the lake breeze blowing through my hair. Aaahhhh.

Nothing quite like a get away with those you love...I could feel Nature at its best too...except the snow on the mountains made me get a chill.

I lived in N. California for many years and often went to Tahoe~ I was always amazed at the beautiful color of the water there!

Sue - I'm catching up on a few blogs and just read this entry. I grew up in Truckee which is real close to Lake Tahoe and my favorite place on earth! I'm glad you got to spend some time there!
