Hope you all had as nice an Easter as we had.
Church in the morning then family and friends over for dinner.
It was a beautiful, warm spring day here in northern Utah.
My favorite kind of day.
This little bunny rabbit jar was my one and only Easter craft this year.
I filled them with Reese's Pieces Easter eggs and gave them away.
We (meaning he) are making progress on our bookcases.
One of the sides is finished.
The other side has it's base completed.
It takes us (meaning him) a long time to finish a project. But when it's done, it's done right.
Pretty good considering he's figuring out how to make these cabinets as he goes.
I'm looking forward to unloading some boxes of books and such that have been taking up space in our storage room.
Looks like I could spend some time cleaning up the place...

The bookcases are looking spectacular Sue - bet you can't wait to get them filled up and decorated. Have you found a fireplace mantel that you like yet?
Afternoon, looking great, that will so much fun to decorate....Sweet jar, love the bunny on top, Blessings Francine.
I can tell that they are going to be worth the wait!
It will be fun dressing them!
The bookcases are looking lovely. I think built-in shelves add a lot of style to a room-and they are functional, too. Nice!
They are looking beautiful Mimi! Those are going to be amazing in the room.
sending hugs...
Oh how fun those will be when they are all done. I love book cases. I would have so much fun "filling them" with lovely little things.
I also love the color of the walls.
Your bookcases will be gorgeous! My husband takes his time, but does it right, too! LOVE the bunny jars!!
The built-ins are looking great and the added storage and display space will be fun to fill. You are so fortunate to have a husband who can build "stuff".....you just need to keep him off the roof.
Is it my imagination or is your header new? It's so cheerful and Springy....I really like it!
Hope the sun is shining for you today. It's finally getting more Spring-like in Western PA.
xoxo

They are going to be absolutely fabulous when they are finished!
You have one of those too, when it is done, it is done right. I love the bunny jar. Did you glue that on and then paint it? Nice day today, huh.
Gorgeous Bookshelves! Where's my jar of candy? ;>)
Glad you had a happy Easter!
I love your home. I love your taste. I love your bunny craft...and i wish you'd given it away to ME! :)
Wow! Sure looking good! What a great touch to your family room!!! Hugs, Maryjane
Very beautiful!
It will be way nice to be able to get your books out.
Our Easter was warm here too. The w.i.n.d. Did blow some tho, but then, that's Eastern Ut for ya. The day before when we went Easter picnicking, it was a windless and warm and oh so nice to be out of doors kind of day.
For spring break we came to the city, and went, of all things, fishing! We had a good time.
Are you and the Mister at the conference center today?
Enjoy your Day
