Due to our mild winter our roses are blooming early this year.
And the peonies...
Not to mention the lupine...
The primroses have been spectacular.
Nothing says spring like primroses.
Columbine
Here in northern Utah we really can't plant annuals until after
May 15th because it just might freeze. The weather here is fickle
in the spring.
So last week we bought a bunch of annuals and a few tomato plants to
fill in around the perennials.
The thing that grows best in our garden?
Weeds

Weeds always grow best in my garden too :-). Your flowers are beautiful.
Looks wonderful. I love flowers.
We had a "somewhat" mild winter...but still probably more fierce then you are used to.
The lilacs haven't even started to bloom here yet.
I loved looking at your flowers.
I DO HAVE lots of dandelions growing around the fields. They'll just have to stay there.
Beautiful, Mimi! I have quite a green thumb for weeds, too lol!
Your flowers are lovely ... and it is so surprising to have roses in May ...
Yeah, so we drove past your home, and had to park our car across the street, because of the "ogling time" necessary. LOVE your shed/weather vane in the backyard! LOVE your house and porch decor and colors and window boxes and and and...Janine is in love, too. She wants to be you. I told her to get in line.
LOL! I know I wish my grass grew as easily as the weeds. Your flowers are lovely - especially the Lupine.
