Mimi Sue's Cottage
A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. I should frame that quote. The story of my life!
Hi
I needed to read that quote because I am reading blogs rather than do a project that is hanging over my head!
Hugs, Rhondi
Great quote...maybe I should apply this to my closet!

Hi Mimi Sue,
I've been Missing In Action lately, but I scrolled down to see your adorable new-baby stockings, the beautiful stitching and CUTE, CUTE Christmas banner.
I also LOVE the great buy you got after Christmas on the white tree. If it were me, I would put all kinds of Valentines things on it and leave it up...because...I have the same sickness. Hee-hee
Hi Mimi Sue,
What a good quote. I need to do that!
Have a good day!
Hugs,
Donna
Hi Mimi Sue,
Thanks so much for stopping in! and your kind words!
The plates don't say anything on the backs of them, Im assuming I got them at Home Goods, but they are about 10 years old, so I can't be sure. I do love Moda though :) and Cath Kidson, and they have that feel, but unfortunately they are blank on the back, or I would have ordered some more too! :)
Your saying is so true here on this post! My mother used to say: "A Job well started, is a job half finished :)" same idea :) I actually think Mary Poppins said it , but she claims it's her philosophy :)
Happy 2009! Hugs, Cynthia
That quote is the story of my life too. Of course now, mine would say, "...quit blogging and start doing."
I am SUCH a STALKER I looked up Tif's in-laws in the phone book and drove past their house. I love it! I want her red shutters.
