What a difference a year makes.
Sometimes I think finishing this house is taking forever, that we don't ever get anything done.
And then I looked at some pictures taken in September 2008. Maybe things are getting done after all.
Here's a couple of pictures of the backyard. This will be our summer of 2010 project.

We'll see if a year makes as big a difference in the backyard.

Is your home on Mutton Hollow? It seems like I've seen this house there~ Our previous home had a picket fence like this, I still miss it. It was so fun to decorate it for the holidays. Good luck with the backyard, I know it's a lot of work! Come see my new post :D
We get so used to seeing our improvements that we forget how much we have accomplished! The front yard looks beautiful, I know the back yard will be a paradise when you are done with it:>)

Hi again! Thanks for your sweet comment...I know where that is that you have built..awesome, I'm so happy for you! We lived at around 4th No. and 350 Pin Oak circle..
It's so fun to talk to someone who lives where I did! :D
All I did to make the framed pumpkin was cut it in half and hot glue it to some paper in a frame. So easy!!!
I just adore your home....love that fence and the color...so happy and warm. cherry
