Mimi Sue's Cottage
A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. I love Marjorie Hinckley, she was always herself,so loving & real, that's what the true love of christ is all about.
I was just reading for the 3rd time (as we are doing a study club on the book this week), it's a book called A heart like his...making space for God's love in your life, and on your subject it's written openly by Marjorie's daughter Virginia Pearce.
I love Marjorie.

I LOVE her book..Glimpses...and I love that saying...I feel like that too! I sure do miss her, she was such a dear soul, with such a wonderful laugh and humor. :D
Isn't that a true saying. I think in life you have to laugh because you get tired of crying ( and it gives you a headache), hahaha!
I am a sister Hinckley wanna-be!
I love your post quote so much! And...peaches in a jar are easy street compared to marinara sauce! :-) Have a good one! ♥
