Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Adorable

Mimi's still busy driving back and forth to the Festival of Trees but just wanted to show you some sweetpeas. Their mommy took the pictures. You have to admit they're kinda cute.
I think they take after Mimi's side of the family. Don't you?

Hi Sue...it's so funny that you said that about Mary Englebreit..years ago when she had a lovely shop here in Atlanta she was coming to the store one Saturday for a signing....I went ahead of time and picked out the cutest poster..I remember it was a beach scene...I went back on Saturday and waited in a very long line....she was signing from 12:00 until 2:00....Promptly at a few minutes before 2:00 they came an announced that we could all leave that she was through signing things....I was furious....Ofcourse I went straight away and returned the poster and told them what I thought of Mary....so i'm not surprised by what happened to you...I'm glad her shops went out of business...
