Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Pioneer Woman Pot Roast

Pioneer Woman Photo

Have you been watching Pioneer Woman on the Food Network?

It's a pretty darn good show and her recipes are pretty darned good too.

A few weeks ago she made a pot roast so I decided to make one too.

It was delicious!  Go here for the recipe.

It's perfect for a cold winter night.

Looks delicious! Love the header with the snow. When we go to St. George, the animals go too, we will have a nice fenced in yard! ;D
