A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth.Thomas S Monson

Fall's Labor
The 200 plus bulbs I planted last fall are really paying off.
I ♥ Tulips!! And you planted 200!!! Your my gardening guru! :) Sadly it's supposed to snow today AGAIN! Where is spring?
I have bulbs in the freezer.. Why in the freezer? Because I didn't have time to plant or buy any last fall and when I saw them on clearance for 1.00 a bag I grabbed a TON of them and threw them in the deep freeze. I need to get them planted now that the ground is no longer frozen. Well, after the snow is gone by the end of the week. I have done it before and it works great!
Your flowers look so beautiful. I planted some in the fall too (although not 200 :) and I have been enjoying mine as well. Isn't it nice to see the colors outside after such a long winter. I hope you are having a nice time with your company. If you get a chance stop on over at my blog. I am having a birthday give away and I would love for you to come have a peek. :) Fondly, Mimi~
Mimi, your tulips are beautiful. Maybe I should try planting some around my house, if they grow that well in the cold. I really like your front porch and the whole front of your house and your white picket fence. Really pretty!! Ginger
