Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Fun with Mimi Sue

Look who came over to spend the night with Mimi while his mommy and daddy had an anniversary getaway. We had so much fun... We made pancakes...We ate pancakes...We did the dishes...Then we watered the front lawn...

Then we pushed the bike all around the house for an hour and a half...

Then we went to McDonalds for lunch.

Did I tell you we had so much fun?

Goodmorning Mimi, Cute grandson. As long as you can still get hugs and kisses from him everything is great.

OK, I want to get together. Lavender House is closed today so I can't get ahold of them to see when their last day is. I'm thinking it's sometime this week. The new owners will have it closed for awhile before having their grandopening. I'm going to Ogden Thursday to have my daughter-in-law do my hair. Maybe we could meet somewhere up there. What do you think. There is a place Brenda has talked about in Laton. Or maybe there is a place you like up there, or we could do Just a bed of Roses. How does Thursday look for you. IF Lavender house isn't going to be open.?

It sure looks like someone is having fun. Is that your grandson?
You didn't mention who it was. But I am assuming it is.

He's so cute--I love big baby eyes.

Your house looks good too--I should tkae more before and afters of our stuff to remind me SOMETHING is getting done--albeit very slowly. I always make an excuse to drive by your place and look at the cuteness.

Hi Mimi, it's cindy again. Lavender House is closing down tomorrow being their last day. Then the new owners are staying closed, then opening October 5.

I will be in Ogden at 12.00 untill 1.30 getting my hair done. I could meet you somewhere - say 2:00. If that works, just tell me where.
