Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Happy St Patricks Day

I've got a corned beef in the crock pot. Sue's way to cook it, and it's delicious. I've got my green tablecloth on the table. Green jello in the fridge and an asphalt pie in the freezer. (Chocolate cookie crust, mint chip ice cream as the filling, whipped cream on top) Looks like we're ready to celebrate! Mimi loves an excuse to have a party!

Sue, how many times do I have to tell you I miss you? You are very creative. Your daughters have learned from the best!

Oh my! You make me feel bad about the Stir- fry I served tonight! I tried calling it "Irish" stir fry...but the Family did not go for it! I did use ALL green veggies!
I am about ready to post the rest of my April fools meal....right DOWN My aisle!
My poor unsuspecting family!
Loved the pictures of your Church. SOOO lovely. Rosie T
