I thought it was time for you to meet some of the family. Rudy, on the left has been living with us for about seven years. We're not sure what his ancestors were, the vet thinks he's a long haired chihuahua and maybe something else. He was found wandering the streets in a dangerous part of town. He doesn't like most males, in fact he barked at the mister for quite a few years. Now they sit in the recliner together and watch macho stuff like football games. Betsy, the little black shitzu mix, was another rescue. (Yes, I know she needs braces!) But she's not getting senior pictures, so the mister says no. She's been a member of the family for about eleven years. She had been a Christmas puppy that was neglected because the owner didn't really want a puppy for Christmas. When we got her she was skinny, had sores all over her, hair matted, and a broken rib. Now they both live the good life here in Mimi's Cottage.

What cute babies; it's hard to believe they'd ever been unloved. They look like they are perfectly contented now, how lucky to have earned the love of those two.
Mimi Sue, your babies are adorable! It's so nice that you rescued them and now they get a chance to enjoy the good life!
Hugs,
Donna
Rudy and Betsy are such lucky pups to find great parents like the two of you!

I love your babies. They look like they adore you too.
Oh, these are so cute. I love Betsy's smile. They looked loved now! Karen
Those furry family members are darling. There is a lady down the street from me, her and her hubby take rescue dogs too. I forget what there called, but she said they are the type of dogs that the royalty in England had. I love that toddler chair in the post below, I can't wait to see what you do with it. Red sounds perfect!
They are cute and I'm sure a great sense of pleasure and love in your home.
Awwwwwww cutie patooties. I just loved what you wrote to me...so sweet. thank-you! cherry
Both dogs are adorable, but the black one has an extra sparkle.
