Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Sunday Sayings

"Women of God can never be like women of the world. The world has enough women who are tough, we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity." Margaret Nadauld

Good morning Mimi, my life was changed with Sister Nadaulds words. I remember when she first spoke them. I believe I was serving in a Relief Society Presidency some where. At the time I was struggling (as many women do) with the answer to the advesary, when he puts the thought into my head, (why do you do what you do?). "Because there aren't very many women who do" and "I need you too".

Your wonderful!

Thank you for sharing this, this morning.
