Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Pretty Poinsettias

I love so many things about Christmas.

Poinsettias are just one of those things.

Every year the Mister and I visit a local nursery just to
look at this beautiful Christmas treasure.  Well, and
to buy a couple to bring home.

This year I remembered to bring my camera.

AND I remembered to take a few pictures!

(A Christmas Miracle)

One greenhouse for the red...

One for the pink...

Gorgeous symbol of  the Star of Bethlehem.

And wow...I'm so glad you didn't suffer any worse with the windstorm. Those pictures were really something.
Take care,
