Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Happy Halloween

This is what I found on my front porch this afternoon. And these little sweet peas are 12 long hours away.
Have you ever seen anything cuter?

Everyday the girls ask "Is it time to go to Mimi's". We can't wait to see you. Guess who found me on facebook?!?! Katie O'Banion!

Can I have that little Lion for a day? He's so darling! I should have married a big-eyed guy so I could have big-eyed babies--I love them!

Oh, and I can't wait for the first part of December now--a christmas tour, too, double awesome. Telling Nicole.

Sooo cute! We had a few trick or treaters - it's not really a big thing to do around here.

Thanks for stopping by and yes, I live in Georgia where we can garden about 10 months of the year. That was important to me when we were looking to move out of New Jersey.

This is the reason I stay home every Halloween and buy tons of candy for all the darling trick-or-treaters.
