Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Happy Birthday lucky lady. My husband is self-admittedly too cheap to buy flowers.

Happy birthday! I made the mistake once of complaining that we didn't have the money when my sweet hubby bought be roses. Stupid me, now I have to have a baby to get them. Your roses are beautiful, I've always loved yellow roses.

Oh Mimi! Happy Birthday to you! Have a wonderful day and year.

If you use fresh (firm) pears you can dip them in melted white chocolate. This year I am going a bit more quick and healthy and using canned pears with raisin eyes. :)
