Mimi Sue's Cottage

A home is much more than a house built of lumber, brick, or stone. A home is made of love, sacrifice, and respect. We are responsible for the homes we build. We must build wisely, for eternity is not a short voyage. There will be calm and wind, sunlight and shadows, joy and sorrow. But if we really try, our home can be a bit of heaven here on earth. Love Is All You Need?

This week it's been doing this outside...I've been doing this inside...

Get the cookie recipe here.

I fluffed up the house with a few Valentines decorations.

Weel, my hair is still on end today...Oh my goodness...can't tell you how happy I am after looking at your post today! I am part of a card/scrapbook swap, was before, took a year and 1/2 off. I'm doing cards and need 17. I was kind of idealess... not anymore:-) I added the card site to my side bar. I love the letter font, and saved it as well. I want to come shopping at your house LOL! We have had snow here as well...Have a happy Valentines Day!!! ♥ Lewaina

Yum, I can almost smell the cookies. Your banner is adorable, I keep meaning to make one, but never get it started. Have a Happy Valentine's Day!

Your cookie hearts turned out so nicely. Some of mine...look not so hearty. Maybe because I had the almost 2-yr-old sitting on the table "helping".
