The women's organization in our church had another Enrichment night this evening. We celebrated the anniversary of the founding of the Relief Society with a dinner and some fun socializing. The theme was "Become Rooted in Christ". Some of us were asked to provide a centerpiece for the dinner. This was the one that I put together. I had everything the only thing I bought were the little white roses.
Here are some of the other centerpieces...
Our cutest Enrichment leader, Tiffani, and her committee put together a taco salad bar.
She used cute vintage pieces for serving some of the ingredients.
Plastic lined clay flower pots for the lettuce and ground beef. Wouldn't this be cute for a bridal or baby shower?
There were homemade breadsticks too.
For dessert we had chocolate mousse. As a little party favor we all got to take home a pretty little pansy. It was so fun visiting with everyone. Once again we were truly enriched.

Hi Sue
I love all the centerpieces. Ours is next week. They asked all the new women in our ward to do a centerpiece about themselves so we can get to know them. I am looking foward to seeing what they do.
I love the way they did the food table and theme with the terra cotta pots. I love it! That is a great idea, I am gonna have to remember that one!
Thanks for sharing your Enrichment Night....

Everything looks beautiful. I love all those vintage pieces, it makes me want to go visit her home again, maybe she'll let me babysit! Of course I'd love to come see your home again too, I have a better camera now, so I could take more than ten pictures, I think I only got three or four from your beautiful home. By the way me and my mom were talking the other day. We decedided if we could pick one home from the tour to live in, it would most definitely be yours! It's beautiful!
What darling centerpieces and yours was beautiful. I loved the theme of Christ and using the terra cotta pots to serve out of! All the floral looked so pretty!

Oh my! That is cute! I'm taking notes.
Of course I like yours the best. Sue says "It's so us" I sent you an email. Don't know if you got it. We're planning a trip to IKEA on the 23rd. Wanna come? Janis
I tell you, that ward was so boring when I lived in it. I'm jealous of your pansies. Methinks I need to make a trip to Joe's.
Ugh, that Tiffani is so clever and cute--and all with morning sickness too, right? Yesterday I stalked past her mil's and am now trying to solve the mystery of how to make a cute bluebird for my door like hers. Which makes me wonder...if it's time to take down the snowman hanging on that door yet.
Those center pieces are lovely!
I LOVE reading about your Enrighment Nights and seeing all the photos you take. Thanks for letting us share in the fun ...and spirit (the Christ-centered centerpieces were very inspiring).
I just had so much fun catching up with you! You had way too much fun in CA! I would have loved to visit the great spots (and sales) you did--with such darling little girls. The paintings you purchased were wonderful! I also enjoyed seeing the centerpieces, etc. from your recent church gathering. You have been one busy gal! Dana
